Return & Exchange Policy

At Shahmakeen LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when you can request a refund and how refunds are processed.

1) Refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

2) How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support@shahmakeen.store and include:
   •    Your full name
   •    The email used at checkout
   •    Your order number / receipt
   •    The reason for your request

3) Digital products (e-books, audio books, downloads)

Because digital products are delivered instantly, refunds are generally not available once:
   •    the download link has been used, or
   •    the product has been accessed or delivered

However, we will consider a refund if:
   •    you were charged incorrectly or duplicate-charged
   •    you did not receive the product after payment
   •    the file is corrupted or not working and we cannot fix/replace it
   •    a refund is required by applicable law

4) Services

If you purchased a service, refunds depend on the service status:
   •    Before the service starts: You may request a refund within 14 days.
   •    After the service starts or is delivered: refunds may be partial or not available, depending on work completed, except where required by law.

5) Exceptions / non-refundable items

We do not offer refunds for:
   •    change of mind after delivery/access of digital products
   •    misuse of the product
   •    purchases made with incorrect customer information provided by the customer
   •    promotional or discounted items (unless required by law)

6) Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method only.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank/card provider to post the refund.
